“互动式”家长会 共筑新美好 | Parent Meeting Builds A New Better Future

为加强家校沟通，形成教育合力，近日，华美外国语学校小学部举行“互动式”家长会。在“老师讲、家长听”“围坐讨论”“上台发言”“答疑解惑”等环节中，加深了家长们对学校和班集体的了解，增进了家长与老师之间、家长与家长之间的认识与友谊，为实现共同育人的目标奠定了基础。

4 H* k! o7 ~+ V" c- V一至六年级各班均围绕学校的最新规划、班级管理、学科教学等内容展开讨论；同时，各科任教师作自我介绍并浅谈教学举措及家校配合等方面的内容；班主任明确目标，为创建“五星班级”定下计划与方向。

Each class from Grade One to Grade Six discussed the latest school planning, class management and teaching.

! A# W0 [7 E! d) o" k+ c六年级家长会上，校长助理周亚南以《信任带来改变与行动》为题，以随机问答、互动讨论的形式，阐明了老师、家长、学生之间应该是一种互为信任的关系。他表示，面对孩子当前的心理与心智状况，家长更应该与老师一同携手共力，当孩子的好观众、好医生、好导师，甚至是监督员与勤务员。

When facing the children's current psychological conditions, parents should join hands with teachers to be good spectators, good doctors, good tutors, and even supervisors and attendants.
